The family of has filed a wrongful death lawsuit in Los Angeles. The suit names Duane ‘Keefe D’ Davis, who is currently awaiting trial for his alleged involvement in the hip-hop legend’s murder in 1996, as the main defendant. Several other unnamed co-conspirators have also been included in the suit, which is seeking unspecified damages.
