Nationally Recognized Radio Personality, Spokesman and Philanthropist Expands Partnership with Industry Veteran Steve Gallagher to Accelerate Growth Across Radio, Podcasting, Syndication and Digital Media
Doc Reno, one of South Florida’s established radio personalities with a coast-to-coast broadcasting career spanning more than two decades, has entered into a multi-year representation agreement with Creative Talent led by President and CEO Steve Gallagher. The agreement will encompass Reno’s work across radio, podcasting, syndication, spokesperson opportunities and digital media, positioning the veteran broadcaster for continued growth across multiple platforms.
The agreement formalizes a professional relationship that has spanned more than a decade and brings together two industry veterans with a shared commitment to building compelling content, developing new opportunities and creating lasting connections with audiences and brands.
“Doc Reno is the hardest-working talent in broadcast media today,” said Steve Gallagher, President and CEO of Creative Talent. “He has an incredible work ethic and is strongly loyal to his friends, family and the people he works with. Doc is a mega talent driven to create winning and great radio. There are exciting days ahead for Doc, and I am thrilled to be helping him get his message out!”
For Reno, the agreement represents the next chapter in a career built on personality-driven broadcasting, a passion for rock ’n’ roll and a commitment to connecting with listeners both on and off the air.
“Steve and I have been working together for over a decade, and I trust his judgment and guidance like no other,” said Reno. “He’s an exceptional person, and I’m honored we’re beginning a new multi-year agreement. Now, go get me something great!”
A NATIONAL RADIO CAREER WITH SOUTH FLORIDA ROOTS
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Reno arrived in South Florida in 2002 and established himself in one of the nation’s most competitive radio markets. Over the course of more than 24 years in South Florida radio, he has built a loyal audience while developing a national broadcasting presence in major markets including New York, Washington, D.C., San Diego, Dallas, Detroit, Seattle and Miami.
Reno previously hosted afternoon drive on Big 105.9 FM (WBGG-FM) in South Florida. Since 2009, his radio career has included iHeartRadio’s The Red Eye Rock Lounge, the Classic Rock Channel and nights and late nights on Big 100 FM (WBIG-FM) in Washington, D.C.
His work across major markets has helped establish Doc Reno as a recognizable radio brand, with opportunities spanning on-air entertainment, commercial endorsements, spokesperson work and emerging digital platforms.
A CAREER THAT GOES BEYOND THE MICROPHONE
While broadcasting remains at the heart of his career, Reno’s commitment to making a difference extends well beyond the studio. In 2018, he founded the My Family Matters Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to helping families facing the profound financial challenges that arise when a child is diagnosed with cancer.
Since its inception, the foundation has partnered with Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Hollywood, Florida, supporting its mission to help families navigate some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives. Reno’s involvement with charitable organizations, both locally and nationally, reflects a personal commitment to using his public platform to support families and strengthen the communities he serves.
Through his new agreement with Creative Talent, Reno will continue to pursue opportunities that build on his broadcasting experience, expand his brand and bring his voice, personality and message to new audiences.
