Thanks to Mutter Evans, she posted on Facebook about David Lawrence. She says, I’m saddened by this news about David Lawrence. Heart attacks are claiming way too many — and they are doing so without apparent warning. I met David Lawrence when he worked for Columbia Records and serviced WAAA Radio in Winston-Salem, NC.
He worked with my Program Directors. He was always respectful. Heart attacks are claiming men, especially, in their 40s, 50s, and 60s – I can name several and they happened while in the shower. Slow your pace my brothers and get your check-ups regularly. The job — another event will wait — or miss it, but please take better care of you. Our thoughts and prayers go out to David’s family.
