UB Rodriguez has departed Cox Media Group’s Miami cluster, exiting the company in April after joining in July. 2024. During his tenure, Rodriguez worked across all four stations in the cluster — WFLC (Hits 97.3), WFEZ (Easy 93.1), WEDR (99Jamz), and WHQT (Hot 105) — taking on a range of on-air and behind-the-scenes roles.
His responsibilities included filling in on-air, producing and reporting news and traffic, operating syndicated morning programming, handling board operations, assisting with production, and supporting daily programming needs across the stations. Prior to joining Cox Media Group Miami, Rodriguez held roles at WGCI-FM in Chicago and KKDA-FM in Dallas.
