Obama Presidential Center Set to Open June 19, 2026 🇺🇸 | A New Cultural Landmark in Chicago. The Obama Presidential Center is scheduled to open on Juneteenth (June 19, 2026) in Jackson Park on Chicago’s South Side. Covering 19.3 acres, the campus will feature a modern museum, a Chicago Public Library branch, public art installations, green spaces, and a community basketball court inspired by President Barack Obama’s passion for basketball.
