Dewayne Benton is a prominent figure in the world of gospel radio — a radio personality, an ordained minister, and a dynamic online content creator with a career spanning more than two decades. Benton began his broadcasting journey at AM-990, The Light, where he honed his on-air skills and developed a deep and abiding appreciation for the transformative power of gospel music.
His passion for faith-driven programming led him to leave his inspirational mark at a distinguished roster of notable radio stations including 1380 WOOM, The Jazz Lover 91.7, 1070 WDIA, 1340 WLOK, and 95.7 Hallelujah FM, where he remained until 2013.
