
The Media Sales Institute (MSI) is celebrating its 26th year of programming and the 11th Annual National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters Telecommunication Education and Management Foundation (NABOB) at the AUC, scheduled for June 1-11, 2026.
The MSI is an intense, ten-day training program for desirous college graduates, career changers and military personnel (post 9/11) who are passionately interested in pursuing a career in media sales, operations and marketing. The curriculum is designed to prepare talented individuals for positions in radio, television, cable/broadband, print, digital and interactive sales.
Industry recruiters from both large and small media companies observe candidates present “real-world” marketing presentations; and hire for the following entry level AD Sales positions:
Account Executive (A.E.) sales experience required | Account Executive (A.E.) – In Training; OR AD-Fulfillment Specialist | Digital or Social Media or Web Coordinators | Marketing & Promotions | Media Planning | Data & Research Coordinators | Sales or Administrative Assistant |Traffic & Business Department, and more.
