The National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters Telecommunications Education and Management Foundation (NABOB) and the Media Sales Institute Foundation, Inc is sponsoring its 11th Annual Media Sales Institute (MSI) at the AUC in Atlanta, GA.
June 1-11, 2026 Recruitment Days: June 9th & 10th | The Atlanta University Center (AUC) member schools consist of: Clark Atlanta University, Morehouse and Spelman Colleges.
It is the only MSI …to recruit military personnel (Post 9/11), career changers (5-10 years out of college) and recent college graduates. The candidates will be prepared for careers in media sales, operations and marketing and other media department positions.
To ensure a mutually beneficial experience each recruiting company must commit to two days of recruitment (itinerary below):
June 9th (Tuesday) 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Welcome and introduction of the media companies
- Candidate presentations
- Lunch with the candidates
- Formal meet and greet sessions
June 10th (Wednesday) 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 a.m.
- The itinerary above…repeats on day two

Note: There are a limited number of recruiting rooms. Open to NABOB members.
The MSI at recruitment days will be held on the campus of the Atlanta University Center.
