
K-LOVE has promoted Tanesha Bradshaw to Vice President of Human Resources, expanding her leadership role within the ministry’s parent organization, K-LOVE, Inc. Bradshaw, who previously oversaw employee relations across the organization, will now lead the ministry’s people strategy while overseeing key human resources functions supporting employees throughout the organization.
Bradshaw brings experience across multiple human resources disciplines, including employee and labor relations, benefits administration, policy development, process improvement, talent management and workforce planning. Before joining K-LOVE, she gained HR experience in the healthcare industry.

A Georgia native, Bradshaw holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Theological Studies from Lipscomb University. She is also an ordained minister and remains active in church and community service organizations, reflecting the ministry’s mission of inspiring people to move closer to Jesus.
