Women in Radio (WIR), will host its Inaugural Women in Radio Dinner at a private location in Miami, Florida. The event will feature keynote speakers, such as, Jill Strada, Felisha Monet, and K Foxx. The inaugural dinner serves as the premier event for the South Florida radio community, with over 50 radio personalities, operations management, and prominent community leaders in attendance.
Meaghan Taylor founded Women in Radio in order to provide a place for women in radio to talk and celebrate each other in a safe space and those aspiring to break into the industry, to develop themselves in their respective genre. It is a community constructed for women to bridge the gap and network.
We are better when we stick together,” says Meghan Taylor. in Radio organization is inclusive of all on-air personalities, programmers, board-ops, producers, sales associates, administrative assistants, promotions executives, interns, and etc. The inaugural dinner will produce a number of opportunities for guests to showcase their brands in front of key industry leaders. This will give women in radio a chance to put their talent and brand on a bigger platform.
This event will be helpful to those interested in receiving advice from established women in the radio industry, who can advise them on the pathway to success
