Just in time for Father’s Day, celebrity dad and stand-up comedian, Michael Jr. has teamed up with other celebrity dads to stress the importance of and responsibilities that accompany fatherhood in a 90-minute simulcast on FridayJune 14th at 6:00pm CT.
Inspired by the multi-award winning Kendrick brothers’ film Courageous, dads globally will hear some of our nation’s most courageous men tell their story of what it means to be Courageous Dads. Hosted by award-winning director and stand-up comedian Michael Jr., director and associate pastor at Sherwood Baptist church Alex Kendrick, pro ducer and senior associate pastor at Sherwood Baptist church Stephen Kendrick, Fatherhood CoMission Founder Mitch Temple and president and CEO of FamilyLife Dennis Rainey. With appearances by the legendary George Foreman, father and son college football coach legends Bobby and Tommy Bowden, president of The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, Rev. Sammy Rodriquez, Nascar owner Joe Gibbs, and Nascar father and son Mark and Blake Koch. Grammy nominated country music artist Josh Turner will also p erform.
