Radio One Inc. reported a loss of $24.3 million in its fourth quarter. The Silver Spring, Maryland-based company said it had a loss of 50 cents per share. The broadcast media company that serves African-American and urban listeners posted revenue of $109.4 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $74 million, or $1.54 per share. Revenue was reported as $450.9 million. The company’s shares closed at $1.35. A year ago, they were trading at $2.69.
